About Me

I’m a lover of God and a lover of people. In an earlier life chapter, I worked as a social worker, lived internationally, and served wherever I was planted.

After launching four children, I began a worship ministry, The Invitation Project – leading worship at local and global retreats and producing lyric videos for personal and small group worship.

My interest in spiritual direction began through my father’s long and difficult illness. I began to search out spiritual practices to connect with God more deeply and strengthen my faith. This grief journey led me to become a spiritual director and the founder of B-Still Ministries. I enjoy encouraging people in their spiritual journey by meeting individually (in person or virtual), facilitating contemplative retreats, and leading workshops.

Currently living in the Dallas area –I love being JoJo to eleven grandchildren and leading chapel at a shelter for houseless women and children. I enjoy songwriting and encouraging flowers to grow in the Texas heat.

My husband Roger and I care for my grandparents’ fields and enjoy inviting others to rest and live lightly at B-Still Ranch. I welcome your inquiry to discuss how I can encourage you in your faith journey.
